Discover our Ethiopia Chelbesa, a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee that promises a burst of flowers and peaches right from the first sip. This coffee is one of our more adventurous profiles, with very distinct notes you could expect from the Yirgacheffe region, like peach and blueberries. Over the last year, blueberry notes have become less prominent, making way for the prevalent peachy character in this year's harvest across the farms. Its beautiful floral aroma will transport you to a bustling perfume store. You just can’t ignore the clear, full body, loud flavours in every sip. This coffee is incredible as an espresso, short or long, and pour-overs.
